What does a training session look like?

My approach comes from the belief that our bodies are designed for movement and functionality. Whether you're a newcomer to fitness or a former athlete looking to feel like yourself again, my goal is to empower you to move with confidence in your everyday life. Our sessions include various styles of training such as plyometric vertical jump training, maximal strength training, hypertrophy training to build muscle, Olympic lifting to create power, training for fat loss, and more.

It all starts with
an Assessment

Before our first training session together, I take a comprehensive assessment of you. This will assess your flexibility, movement patterns, strength, and body composition. We will use this assessment to determine how to prioritize your goals safely.
The assessment is $170 and it is 1.5 hours long.
